The pouches hold diaper changing essentials so that you can just grab this out of the diaper bag and have everything you need to change a diaper. I have one myself and have given them as shower gifts for years. The gifts I've given are still going strong after daily use for 3 years. Everyone that I've given them to raves about how great they are!
